Decisive Leader · Sequential funnel
Master Decision Dashboard
Walk the decision in order—like a cockpit checklist. You cannot skip a step; each gate unlocks the next. This is not legal, financial, or HR advice: use it to structure thinking, then validate with people you trust.
How to use this (read once)
- Step 1 — Recovery audit. Slide the four dials honestly. If your average is under 60%, the tool stops you: recover capacity before you commit to a big call. That modal is intentional—raise the scores or pause the decision.
- Step 2 — North Star gate. Answer yes/no on the four default integrity checks, then add any extra lines that matter for this decision (family, team, faith, reputation—your words). If single-door is on and any active line is No, you get Abort mission—fix the constraint or get counsel before EDGE.
- Step 3 — EDGE engine. Type the eight EDGE prompts in order. Optional paths A/B/C: turn on Vanishing options to hide A and B so you draft a real third way. You need at least five steps with enough text before you continue.
- Step 4 — Commander's Intent + Day 1 SOP. You get a structured summary and first-day actions derived from what you typed. Copy the bundle, edit in your own voice, then brief your team—or reset the funnel and run another scenario.
Decisive Edge books
The EDGE trilogy and companion work spell out the same architecture this dashboard enforces: capacity, binary integrity, pathfinding, and sustainment. This funnel is built from the fourth book—the deep companion on master-level decisions—which is not published yet. If you want one email when it ships (and related launch notes), leave your address below. Browse the published series anytime on the Books page.

Step 1 · Recovery audit (Capacity Matrix)
Rate each pillar 0–100. Combined score is the simple average. Below 60%, the funnel stops: recover before you decide.
